    Cooking & Storage Instructions

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN.

    The cooking instructions are only a guide – adjust to suit your oven or microwave: always make sure food is piping hot and cooked right-through before serving. Caution: Steam may be released when removing film lid.

    One Portion
    OVEN Fan 160°C * Electric 180°C * Gas 4 30-35 minutes
    Pre-heat oven. Pierce film lid, place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 30-35 minutes. Remove film lid and stir. Rest for 1 minute before serving.
    MICROWAVE Cat E*900W* Pierce film lid, place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 3 minutes. Remove film lid and stir, and then cook for a further 3 minutes. Rest for 1 minute before serving.

    Two Portion
    OVEN Fan 160°C * Electric 180°C * Gas 4 40-45 minutes
    Pre-heat oven. Pierce film lid, place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 40-45 minutes. Remove film lid and stir. Rest for 1 minute before serving.
    MICROWAVE Cat E*900W* Pierce film lid, place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 5 minutes. Remove film lid and stir, and then cook for a further 5 minutes. Rest for 1 minute before serving.

    Four Portion
    OVEN Fan 160°C * Electric 180°C * Gas 4 55-60 minutes
    Pre-heat oven. Pierce film lid, place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 55-60 minutes. Remove film lid and stir. Rest for 1 minute before serving.
    MICROWAVE Cat E*900W* Pierce film lid, place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 10 minutes. Remove film lid and stir, and then cook for a further 10 minutes. Rest for 1 minute before serving.

    STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

    KEEP FROZEN AT -18°C

    DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS

    Should product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours.
    Follow the cooking guidelines but cook for 20 mins in the oven or 3 minutes in the microwave (One Portion), cook for 25 mins in the oven or 5 minutes in the microwave (Two Portion) or cook for 30 mins in the oven or 10 minutes in the microwave (Four Portion). Always make sure food is piping hot and cooked right-through before serving.
